Are you ready for the thrilling challenge?
Heights, insects or just water can be your nightmare. Probably you’ve gone to the best
amusement park but you’re not courageous enough to enjoy the leap of faith. Maybe a river rafting activity may not be your cup of tea. Do you get heart palpitations at the idea of public speaking? Don’t worry! We’ve all been there at some point of our lives... The first thing you should be able to accomplish is challenge your fears. If swimming is your
phobia, don’t back off, go ahead and join a swimming club. Ego can be a help! Fight the inner intimated you and let your ego win. Yes, it’s that simple! There’s a ton of insect documentaries out there, take a step ahead and watch them. This might heal your Entomophobia ( also known as insectophobia). |
None of you would love to be left behind when all your friends are enjoying the thrilling Gaint
Drop experience. Would you? Instead of giving your fears a negative title, give it a positive one.
The feeling of liberation, exhilaration, and strength you will feel afterwards would be more than
enough to prove that it was worth it. Stop focusing on your anxiety and start focusing on the
outcomes of taking on the challenge. I’m assured that you’ve heard the aphorism “Patience is
bitter but its fruit is sweet”.

Have you tried sitting in a quiet room with shut eyes and concentrate on your breathing? Yup, I
am talking about Meditation. Many studies have shown how meditation can reduce anxiety to a
greater extent. All you have to do is sit in a dark room or even a candle is enough, shut your eyes
and focus on your breath. It’s seriously a piece of cake. Practicing mindfulness is the key!
Meditating, taking up small challenges and thinking about the positive results are the best
motivation. You no longer will be the one standing in the queue wishing that you could be on the
Giant drop. So are you all in for the thrill?
